    Martin Ouellette dit que les agences servent mal localement. Avant de s’internationaliser, il faut bien se servir localement.
    Philippe Le Roux pense que nous sommes dans une industrie avec plein de gens compétents. En 20 ans, à Montréal, on a généré une industrie de la pub de talent. Philippe n’est pas un publicitaire.
    La publicité est un ensemble des moyens utilisés pour faire connaître un produit ou un service. La définition restrictive de communication de masse est morte.

    Martin Ouellette dit que les agences de pub ne sont pas nécessaires au même titre qu’une agence de voyage n’est pas nécessaire pour faire un bon voyage.

    Enabling employees to participate on blogs can have a major impact on brand experience. Apologizing to customers online and offering solutions can go a long way. Not having to ask permission can be worthwhile. A customer receiving a “sorry” will care that the organization is sorry, even if there are some typos.
